Alliances

AWM currently has formal alliances in place with three organizations 

• National Association of Women MBAs - The AWM is now a professional affiliate of NAWMBA, an organization dedicated to empowering women MBAs and graduate women in business in order to propel more women into leadership positions in corporate America and to enhance the diversity of the nation's workforce.


• Future Women Leaders (FWL) is an organization that promotes the professional development of Bay Area young women professionals through leadership development, mentoring, and networking. Every year, FWL and AWM partner in a formal mentoring program where AWM members mentor FWL members who are applying to business school.
   
• Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) not-for-profit professional association focused on strategic planning and strategic management. ASP holds monthly events in Northern California and AWM members receive reduced rates on registration to these events.
