Insight Out Life Coaching presents: “Juggling vs. Balancing” - a discussion of life management strategies that can help you stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling more balanced.

Benefits

With the dynamic lifestyles people lead in today’s modern times, individuals often find themselves pulled in many competing directions between home, school, work, family and friends; and never mind finding any time for personal self-care. The strategies presented in Juggling vs. Balancing can help individuals rebalance their often overwhelming lives so that they can be more productive and less busy, more balanced and less stressed, more focused and less frazzled. As a result, both their personal and professional lives will benefit from this greater sense of peace and wellness.

Objectives
1. Understand our current work and non-work environments
2. Envision a Fulfilling Life
3. Create an Action Plan
4. Investigate Road Blocks
